Seeing Clearly

In 2021 I brought a series of people to my house to treat them with a complete emersion of holistic living. They ate food as medicine. They received a diagnosis along with treatment lists. I literally gave them supplements as necessary and taught classes on all aspects of health. What emerged was a commonality of treatments that was key to healing.

It was working with Kent Whitney and his Congestive Heart Failure problems that convinced me that regenerative healthcare was possible across a wide set of patients. I am convinced it applies to almost anyone willing to try it. If you ask me is this a cure? Absolutely not. It is the work one does to get their own body in shape for healing.

I would like to thank Kent Whitney for sharing his story freely. Comments throughout the Regen website on Kent are shared with his permission.

I ask you, what does it take to run a marathon? Do we get up in the morning and simply decide to put on shoes, shorts, a tee shirt, and run twenty or thirty miles? No. That would be a disaster. This is no different. I simply pace the client to gain skills in healing through hard work. It is not easy but the person feels and experiences the differences in their body day by day.

Kent Whitney could not go one day or night without continuous Oxygen from an oxygen concentrator. Three days of practicing deep breathing made the oxygen concentrator un-necessary. I did not decide that for Kent -- he knew by the use of an oximeter. In ten breaths it always read between 97 and 100. His normal at the time was 70.

Kent had the inability to sleep and suffered from sleep apnea. He gained skills in breathing that extended naturally through the night time.

Kent Whitney could no longer walk for even one block. He had a shuffle and paused every quarter block to rest. He gained skills in tai chi, qi qong, heavenly stem workouts (strengthening the back) till he could work out for one hour. By that time he could walk around the block. I had to modify his exercises to use easier methods for him.

The walk of Kent was a typical walk which pounds the pavement as we fall through each step. He learned to walk effortlessly, albeit slowly. As his walk strengthened his secondary stabalizers in his legs while giving his hip, knee, and feet a vacation -- he found he could walk one more block each day. After a time, Kent could walk twenty blocks.

There were many other aspects to Kent's healing which involved meditation, supplements, food, and hydration of the gut and brain. It was hard work but the need for a CPAP machine or oxygen was gone within 2-3 months. His need for medication disappeared. He simply began to heal more rapidly without it. His skin began to heal up and his desire to accomplish his life came back.

Kent Whitney's story is not unique. It is true that we have an opportunity to improve our lot in life by our own actions. Although our society believes that a doctor's magic is the solution to most healthcare, the reality is that our own lifestyle plays a large role in our ability to heal and even move forward in life with a new zeal and zest.

That, to me, is regenerative healthcare at its best.

Moving On

Soon after Kent Whitney came to be treated, a lupus patient walked into my office. They were given a treatment but also given the videos of the regenerative treatment in parallel. They listened and followed every video. In one week they were back to work for three hours because they felt so good. Within two weeks they were back to work fulltime. They ended up with 3 visits to be back feeling normal with skills to keep them active. My first patient with lupus took me three months to get them out of their bed and back into their family as a parent. The difference? Unequivocally -- it is regenerative healthcare.
